SCF is Aware of, and deeply concerned about service delivery and adequate access to information for the people of South Sudan, International Organizations, civil societies, Tourists and visitors to South
Sudan. (SCF) cognizant of duty to preserve and promote our cultural heritage and identity; taking into consideration the historical importance of community based development in each state and promotion of positive societal values necessitated the establishment of (SCF).
